The Shape of More lives in the space between recognition and expansion: the instant the body knows something the mind has not yet learned to say, and the long work of becoming large enough to live inside that truth.
These songs sit with what was inherited, what was survived, and what no longer fits. They stay with what becomes possible when identity stops behaving like a wall.
Three people. One evolving language.
The Shape of More is Orlando Toro, Sharon Villafañe, and Cesar Franco. Each brings a different musical instinct to the band, and the work takes shape through what happens between them. Orlando founded the band and leads its creative and musical direction, composition, production, and rhythm. Sharon brings the voice, piano, songwriting, and melodic and emotional sensitivity at the center of the songs. Cesar contributes guitar, composition, and the musical ideas that give the work texture, tension, and movement.

Orlando Toro
Orlando founded The Shape of More and leads its creative and musical direction. As a drummer, composer, producer, and songwriter, he shapes each song from its earliest idea through arrangement, production, visual language, and narrative. His drumming gives the music its physical pulse, while his direction keeps every song connected to the larger story.

Sharon Villafañe
Sharon is the voice at the center of The Shape of More. As a lead vocalist, pianist, songwriter, and composer, she helps the band understand not only how a song should sound, but what it needs to feel. Her musical instinct shapes the melodic and emotional balance of the work, bringing intimacy, clarity, and humanity to every song.

Guitarist & Composer
Cesar Franco
Cesar brings guitar, composition, and a strong musical instinct to the band. His riffs, melodic fragments, and harmonic ideas often become the starting point for larger songs. He gives the music texture, tension, movement, and the human unpredictability that keeps it alive.
The Shape of More is not built around three separate résumés. It comes alive in what passes between them.
Five songs. One continuous act of becoming.
Become is a verb. There is no finish line here, and no argument that the earlier self was a mistake. Become Theory follows one transformation through five states: recognition, rupture, acclimation, integration, and continuation. The songs appear in this order because each one changes how the next is heard.

The same rooms and thresholds, heard with a different understanding of what happened there. This is not an appendix. The second movement is being built to change the meaning of the first.

The cinematic work will bring Side A and Side B into the same frame: the apparent transformation and the hidden context beneath it.
It is not there to illustrate the songs. Image, sound, performance, and narrative will converge to reveal the complete shape of what happened, and why becoming was never the whole story.
